Venice rental home:that place was really nice big spacious clean and super convenient located, right on the beach close to the santa Monica , and Malibu beach, of course west Hollywood too. Good indoor parking

My family and I went to visit the Venice Beach area for vacation. We stayed at one of Nicks Beach Rentals. It was a 2nd story apartment with 2 bedrooms in a super cute neighborhood with a huge backyard for grilling and gathering. The place was walking distance from everything like Abbott Kinney and the beach. It was clean and charming. Excellent customer service. I'd stay there again and again. Cutest rental in town!

We loved loved Nicks Penthouse. Location and vibe of the place were simply amazing. Everything was super clean and ready but the time we got there. We will definitely coming back next summer!
