This condo backed up to the boardwalk and beautiful beach! Amazing views and great location. Enjoyed our walk to breakfast and strolling on the pier. Restaurants, shopping and beach is all we needed to complete this wonderful vacation.

My husband and I stayed at the beach house for our babymoon! It was such a great experience! The house is walking distance to downtown Balboa which is so adorable with fun places to shop and eat. It was so beautiful walking around the island and seeing the views. The beach house was very clean and comfortable. Super easy to book and customer service was great! If you are debating on whether to book this, look no further, you will not be disappointed! Five stars! We will definitely be staying at this beach house again!

The house was beautiful, spacious and centrally located. I loved that it included garage parking that was large enough to fit our SUV. Everything was gorgeous, but I especially loved the bathrooms. The only drawback is that my 10 year old son now wants to renovate his bathroom to match these. Highly recommend. The staff was very responsive with questions answered immediately.

My experience was amazing. The check in and out process was easy. The house had a lot of towels and Linens. Great Kitchen, Location and service. We were beyond comfortable in the beds. There were plenty of pillows to choose from. The little soaps, shampoos and conditioners were awesome.

Our place was fantastic! It was very clean, well equipped, and extremely comfortable! Don’t get me started on the outdoor gas fireplace as we spent loads of family time enjoying it when the temperatures dipped in the evening hours. We were mere minutes from both the Fun Zone and the beach - what more could a person ask for while visiting Newport Beach? I highly recommend Newport Beach Vacation Properties!

Our stay was wonderful and really enjoyed this apartment. It is newly remodeled with lots of light and updated kitchen and great amenities. The location was ideal - one house away from the beach and short walk to the marina.

The management was very responsive to any need we had ! We highly recommend this apartment . Also being on the top level was nice as we had more light and no noise . Great having the attached garage as well!

We loved our stay and would highly recommend this beautiful and warm and cozy Airbnb!

My family and friends stayed at 1404 W. Oceanfront in Newport Beach because my original reservation was canceled due to the owner of the home selling the house. So, the only house that Newport Beach Vacation Properties were willing to give us was 1404 W. Oceanfront. While the view was amazing, the first few hours there was a sewage leak in Unit C from the toilet. We had to have it serviced and then no one could use the toilet. I asked for an early check in 2 weeks prior and no one could tell me if we could get in early. We didn't end up getting in until 4pm. A chair broke (with massive rust and metal sticking out because the chairs are from 20 years ago) and thankfully no tentanus shot was needed when my son fell out of the chair. There was barely any towels. No hand towels in any bathroom and what seemed like Super 8 soap and shampoo bottles. Talk about cheap. I would never go through Newport Beach Vacation Properties again. I forgot- the beds were horrendous. I didn't sleep at all for all three nights due to the mattress. All guests agreed. Definitely don't reserve 1404 W. Oceanfront, in Newport Beach.
