I really like this place. I bought a car from them a while back and had a great experience. They are still my "go to" service center for pretty much everything. They send you a video inspection of your issue, repair and inspection. They even offer transportation within a reasonable distance.
Most importantly, they treat you like you're special no matter what class of BMW you have.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Javier and was beyond pleased. He was very attentive and spoke to me like I was a human. Very respectful and extremely helpful. So helpful that while his finance team was finishing up my paperwork he was outside helping transfer my kids car seats into the new vehicle. By far best service I have ever had at a dealership!! My experience here was with unbelievable terrible.
The first issue was the finance manager running my credit to quotes from different banks even though I already was approved by BOA and satisfied with the rate I received from them. Finance manager Mike told me that BOA declined the vehicle but not to worry he found me other options with higher interest rates. I then immediately reached out to BOA and provided them with the vehicle information. BOA confirmed that they did not and would not decline the loan for the vehicle. This was a Red flag but I really like the vehicle so I continued with the process using the same loan from BOA that Mike told me was declined.

Second issue was getting these guys to register the car. I drove the car of the lot in January and they finally registered the car for me 2 and an half months later after having to reach out every couple weeks to check the status. I drive around for a month and a half with an expired temp tag and BMW would not provide me with another.

I drove almost three hours to this BMW dealership expecting a great experience, how ever after this experience I will not recommend this anyone shop here.

I normally don’t leave online reviews but I would hate for someone else to experience the same thing I did.

Update 11/01/2024:
I had to check my car again once I saw it was backed up into a bunch of branches. I found the bumper scratched in two areas as if it was shoved into something. Will be filing a complaint with BBB. Ridiculous. Also No One answered the phone when calling the numbers they added to the google review.

Update 10/31/24: Adding to the review, changing from two star to one star. When I returned to my car I found the Dashcam cable dangling. I finally had some time to review the footage. I am missing alot of footage, but combing through, I saw an employee disconnect the cable from the dashcam. Could not find footage of him driving. Next clip is my car parked up high on a lift outside shoved into branches. Never returning to this dealership again.

Had an 8:30am appointment on a Tuesday for an oil change and my car didn’t even get touched till 12pm. It was a super slow day I was set to wait there for it to finish and head in to the office afterward. Service adviser told me it would take 2 hours. Did not answer the text when i asked him for an update 3 hours after i checked in. Tried to look for him at 11:45am, couldn’t find him had to have to someone call him . Then heard him yelling over the phone when they asked for an eta on the car. He said it should be done in 15 minutes. 15 minutes later i saw my car was coming into the service bay. Eventually came out the dealership at 1:15pm. I really think it just came down to the service advisor not wanting to do any work. He also really tried to lie to me and say it took long because I asked for an oil sample. As I watched the tech change the oil in 15 minutes. Overall, not happy its an ok waiting room for an hour or 2 but not 5 hours.

I bought my car here a few years ago and had it serviced at the service center recently. Always an excellent experience at BMW of Bloomfield. Professional, straight to the point, and high quality work. You'll always pay a bit more when you get your car serviced at the dealership but it's very worth it bc you can trust they will do it right.

Low trade offer. Sales associate was caught off guard by managers refusal to speak with, or negotiate with customer. No justification why vehicle listed as Certified, was not being certified. They added over $1,000 worth of unrequested extras to the bill, were willing to charge $900 for the $60 registration fee. The add on $$$ allowed me to pay the cost of a new car, but receive an unwarranteed, uncertified BMW. Total waste of customer's time, fuel, and effort.

I just wanted to take a moment to say how great the team at BMW of Bloomfield was. My husband stopped in one day (without an appointment) just to look around and he was greeted by Bobby Kaufman who took some time to spend with him. Bobby was a class act and a "no pressure" sales person. Even though we ultimately decided on a preowned vehicle, Bobby was with us throughout the process from start to finish. The finance manager, Giovanni Serrano was top notch. He was kind and professional and knows his stuff! He was honestly a joy to work with. James, the manager in charge of preowned inventory, was great and spent some quality time with me going over the cars history. He answered all my questions and walked me through any work that was done on the car both before and after they received it. Ahmed in service was amazing! He was thorough and detailed on finishing up a few things that needed to be done on the car and made sure I was happy with the work. Even Cindie the receptionist was lovely to deal with when picking up my plates, registration and when they ordered my second key. The dealership is very interested in serving the local community and I really could not have had a better experience than the one provided by this team of professionals. Thank you again!
