I had a wonderful experience with Michael. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient. we work together to create a contract and car payment that work within my budget. He answered all my questions about the car. I did not feel rushed or tricked into a agreement, which was important to me because I was a woman coming there with no knowledge at all about cars or contracts or car payments so for him to be trustworthy was very important to me if you’re looking for a car please go to him and he will guide you in the right direction.

On February 15th, I purchased a new car from Nissan Lynnes dealership in Bloomfield. However, upon receiving the vehicle—before even leaving the dealership—I discovered water, and even ice, in the trunk, indicating the issue had existed for some time. I immediately brought this to the attention of a salesman, Luis Diaz, who was courteous and informed me that he had spoken to his manager, Kelvin Aquino, about replacing the vehicle. Luis even recorded a video of the water damage but requested that I take the car home and return the next day, as the dealership was closing.

The next day, when I returned to request a replacement, manager Kelvin Aquino refused, instead insisting that I bring the car in for maintenance. During the maintenance inspection, a crack in the car’s body was discovered, which was causing the leak in the trunk. Despite this clear defect and my explanation of the issue, Kelvin still refused to take responsibility for the problem. I escalated the matter to a higher-level the general sales manager, Hussain Ghamlouch, whose response was both unprofessional and dismissive. He claimed that since I had already taken the vehicle, there was nothing they could do.

This experience has been extremely disappointing. Not only was the initial defect ignored, but I have since discovered an issue with the air conditioning as well. I strongly urge Nissan’s higher management to take this complaint seriously and address these service shortcomings, ensuring that customers receive the professionalism and accountability they deserve.

Coming from a 2004 Lexus RX330 (GREEN) to literally the same day of purchase a 2023 Nissan Sentra (midnight black) is still unbelievable to me! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership (Lynne Nissan)! My agent (Juan) was very knowledgeable on the models I did view, and very transparent with all in this process. I don’t even know where to begin. Recently, my first car (my "baby") died, and I’ve been a ball of anxiety ever since. I know very little about cars, let alone how to purchase one! 🫣

Nobody likes to waste their time. So I did everything ( credit application) payment estimate etc, before going to the dealer. I inquired for a specific car and after the dealer received my credit application, someone called me and said you are approved I said my monthly payment budget, he said I have pulled the car for you. I decided to visit the dealer, got there at 1:30 and around 4 pm they brought the car I was interested in. Before the car got there I decided not to continue with that unit since it was out of my budget expectations. I asked the sales rep for another vehicle and she said it’s in our other lot but I’ll bring it for you. After 30 minutes of waiting she said the car is taking longer because they have to move some cars to take it out, and said the other unit is on the way also. I said I don’t want that one since I can’t afford it. Long story short they tricked me because the car never came and they brought the unit that I said I didn’t wanted. I was planning to make a trade in and they kept my keys as hostage to retain me waiting there. The car I was willing to make a deal with never showed up. Lastly before I left they came and ask me if I wanted another unit, disregarding the unit I wanted.

They will try to sell you the car that is more convenient for them, they don’t care about what you want and what you can pay…

I enjoyed visiting this dealership. They had plenty of inventory and were knowledgeable. The salespeople were friendly and not overly pushy. The only downside is there location of the dealership is on a really busy road and there’s tight parking in the lot.
