I an amazing experience buying my first car at Lynne’s Hyundai. From the very beginning, the customer service was exceptional. I submitted an inquiry online, and Gerald followed up with me over the phone. He was incredibly pleasant, patient, and truly made me feel heard with his great listening skills.

Gerald scheduled me to meet with Carlos the next day, and I was immediately impressed when I arrived at the dealership. As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted by a gentleman who directed me to Carlos. I appreciated how I was treated as a customer, which set the tone for the entire experience.

Carlos is a great salesman, and his confidence in my ability to get a deal made all the difference. When I arrived, I wasn’t sure if I’d be approved for a car because my credit isn’t the best, and I had been denied by other dealerships in the past. My overall experience was good, the sales manager, Lamore, was very helpful and willing to work with me during the negotiation. Peter- the salesman, was creepy, a much older gentleman was using flirting as his business tactic, it made me a little uncomfortable. He kept referencing- MULTIPLE TIMES- taking me out on a date, and complementing my beauty, which is fine, but I just wanted the car. The interior of the car was not cleaned out, crumbs everywhere and scuffs that could’ve been wiped down
before I drove off. But overall, a smooth business transaction.
