You can never contact This agency and get an answer , I have been calling and emailing for a couple weeks about something so simple . If you can you can, and if you can’t just say something , there’s no reason to leave a tenant wondering or without an answer . I’m a very understanding person and I’m the type that will ask untill she gets an answer , if it’s not possible just say it , Very frustrating that they act like our needs don’t matter.

The MICE and 🪳 IS OUT OF THIS WORLD!! There was mice in the bed with my grand baby. I caught 14 in a week. They don’t call you back!! Asbestos in the bathroom. They illegally locked me out my apartment. I said I was moving. She asked another tenant did I move!! I had to call the cops because it’s in the legal eviction! That’s just a few!! Illegal apartments in the basement!!!

I live here and these people are the worst company I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to renting. We are teachers and yet we get treated like trash. Even when you are extremely sick in bed they make you go out and give them money. They don’t work with you at all. Yet I’ve put in a request to have my outlets fixed and it still has not been done. The first night I moved in I suffered from gas poisoning. The fire and ambulance was called and then I had to call PSEG to come out and 3 weeks later found a leak in my stove. I had been inhaling this for 3 weeks suffered very bad headaches and nausea. The noise here on Saturdays is horrendous, they have street parties which start at 8am and go til 10pm and your windows shake and you can’t hear your tv. There’s no peaceful living here not to mention the weed smoke that reeks through the halls is awful. I’m a severe asthmatic. We had a renter attacked by two random women in the building and I was verbally attacked by a man coming into my building. I can’t believe they charge as much as they do for conditions such as these and a company who doesn’t care about anything but money and not the conditions of their property. They also need to have some compassion for people who are very ill. I put a complaint in about the noise and they came back saying it was resolved but it is not. They also came back saying they fixed my power point and they did not.

WARNING to anyone who wants to live in a hole infested with roaches, house centipedes, black centipedes, black crickets, millipedes, grasshoppers, grass spiders, jumping spiders, harsh hard water that stains everything red, constant fire alarms, blackouts, stove infested with mice, a tub that’s only been painted on with no wax, and a non-existing kitchen. My health depleted from living in 583 Mt Prospect Ave, Newark, NJ if you call it living. This agency doesn’t do anything and takes in money. The receptionist even has a MAC desktop. Those aren’t cheap!
Expect no rent receipts from them. Record yourself dropping off rent as proof if needed.
Finally got my security deposit check back after almost 3 months from moving! I had to call in to see where it is and then they mailed it the next day. They sent an orange old check then my bank rejected it and said the account is closed so I was charged $12 because of it.
I called the agency again and then I received a blue check which finally went through.
Don’t live in any of their apartments. Even if the cost is cheap, you will expect negativity from them.

I have been waiting for six months to receive my security deposit. It is extremely difficult to get in contact with anyone. The actual apartment was nice, but I will never rent there again because of the situation withy security deposit.

THIS IS TRULY A NO STAR REVIEW! THEY ARE THE WORSE! This agency is only respectful to you when you are making a down payment and signing off for an apartment. After that, it is hard to contact them. Once you get in contact with someone, the customer service of the realtors and receptionists is terrible. They talk to you as if you are nothing. They always have disgusting attitudes without reason towards tenants. If you can avoid this agency, PLEASE TRY TO DO SO. There are plenty of agencies across the city that treat people with respect no matter your gender, race and/or financial status. Such a disappointment.

The world’s most unprofessional, horrible, careless, sneaky agency out there. They are rude, always have an attitude and scammers. They are very unorganized. They want to harass you and call you saying you still owe them 1-2 months rent, house you never paid this or that when damn well they got your payments for all the months you’ve been living at the location. So rude. Disgusting bathrooms. Moved in and the walls were disgusting. They didn’t bother to fix them. Have mild and different color stuff on the walls growing. First two months no hot water. Worst agency ever! Don’t live at neither of their locations. Horrible!

I rented in “Cherry Park” and it was horrible. The apartment was new and nice however the tenant above me seemed to have a different man over every night and I heard everything every single night. I complained to management a number of times until the owner Mr. Calello pretty much told me that’s my business meanwhile the lease clearly states “quite hours”!!
Secondly, when I decided to move out they held my security deposit and told me I never gave written notice that I was leaving which I did when I paid my rent but it seemed to disappear all of a sudden. On top of that they lied to me and told me it took an additional two months to get the apartment rented which was a lie. Because I’ve moved on and purchased my 1st house I did not have time nor energy to fight them in court. But what I will say is if you decide to rent from them just know your security deposit is not coming back to you, and that the management office is a joke. Your better off doing more research and finding a better agency!!
Oh and make sure you ALWAYS get a receipt for paying your rent. They are famous for drawing up court papers for rent they received!!!!!! Good luck !
