I can’t recommend Marilene Oliveira enough! My husband and I used her back in 2017 when we purchased our 1st house. We soon grew our family and outgrew that house. We knew right away who to call Marilene sold our house in 2021. Selling our house wasn’t the problem, however finding one wasn’t easy but somehow she managed to find us our house in an instant. Marilene is a godsend. Real warrior of a realtor. You want that house? She's going to negotiate & Work the details. We kept getting "outbid" I called her up and within 48 hours I had my new house locked in. A house becomes a home, might as well have someone who's going to fight for you to get it!

I would never do business with this brokerage. With so many other better brokerages, you might as well take your business where your appreciated. All they care about is their pockets. Regardless if I were a tenant or a client of the brokerage, I still deserved fairness and respect and I can’t say that happen considering I was a longtime tenant.
