Urby is a really nice apartment. One unique feature that I absolutely love is that the apartment has screens on the windows—this is such a rare find. The staff here are very friendly! My leasing agent, Tenzin, made the leasing process smooth and stress-free. Property Administrator Jordan is ensuring any administrative needs are handled efficiently. And Hector Lopez from the maintenance team is quick to respond and solve any issues arise.

I would like to say my 3 years as a tenant at Urby have been great. Although I have since moved, I still think Urby is one of my favorite places to have lived. Great amenities, friendly and responsive staff, proximity to the path (although the service is so-so sometimes, but the expansion of the station was a game changer for the area), smart apartment layout, and more. There could be noisy neighbors (a lot of them like to slam their doors early in the morning), but it’s hardly a reason not to take up residency here. There is also a ton of community based activities if you’re into that sort of thing. All in all, great spot and hope the area continues to thrive.

I've been living in Urby for more than two years and I've had a fantastic experience. The management and maintenance teams are exceptional, always ready to assist with any issue. I want to give a special shout-out to two exceptional members of the maintenance team, David and Jordan. When my microwave malfunctioned, David not only fixed the issue but went the extra mile by replacing it with a brand-new unit. His proactive, friendly, and efficient approach made a potentially stressful situation completely hassle-free. Meanwhile, Jordan took charge of coordinating with the manufacturer, ensuring that the replacement was delivered promptly and without any hiccups. Their dedication and commitment to resident satisfaction are a testament to the high level of service at Harrison Urby.

Maintenance requests were handled swiftly, and the entire property was kept impeccably clean and well-maintained.

I had a fantastic experience living at Harrison Urby. The staff here are truly wonderful, especially leasing agent Cara! who made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. Property Administrator Jordan was also incredibly helpful, ensuring my move-in and paperwork were taken care of seamlessly. I've had a generally positive experience living here. The staff are friendly and responsive—most issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. However, the only recurring problem has been with package deliveries. The Amazon locker in the building sometimes malfunctions, leaving packages stuck inside. Even when it's clear that the package is in the locker, the staff are unwilling or unable to retrieve it upon request, which can be really frustrating.
The first time this happened, I didn’t realize the locker was the issue—I thought my package had been stolen and ended up filing a police report. It took about a week to finally get the package. Unfortunately, the same thing is happening again now, and it looks like it might take just as long.

Lived here for a while now. Love this place. The price is a bit high in the area but definitely worth it. The interior design is modern and aesthetic. The front desk is always friendly and responsive.

I love the URBY! I am a returning resident and love the community experience at URBY! Not to leave out the amenities and the beautiful decor theme around! I missed out on events and classes after Covid and I am glad the management has brought them back! Everyone I have interacted with so far, Cara the leasing agent, Sarah the move in co-ordinator, Tenzin at the office, Hockey at the front desk, Marco and Brian from maintenance, everyone has just been helpful and absolutely delightful to work with.
I had a few things I needed help with at the apartment, Marco stayed on top of it and Brian went above and beyond to make sure he did his best.
I moved in to my apartment from the Airbnb at Urby and needless to say I was even provided consideration to ensure I have a seamless move in to my apartment the same day I was checking out.
The trash area is cleaned everyday by the cleaning team and I do not see any hoarding of trash from day before.
I especially made sure to get an apartment with the courtyard view of the beautiful flora and fauna that really sets apart Urby from the competitors in the area!
