Unless you want to spend your hard earned money to live in apartments where Super’s don’t fix anything, you don’t get responses to messages or emails. But let you be late on your rent they will drag you to court then don’t reply with this company. They are the worst. If you want bugs, if you want appliances always breaking down, if you want no heat when it’s needed, if you want to talk to yourself and emails upon requesting getting things fixed, if you want to wait several plus months for simple repairs then apply to one wall management.If you want to have the heat on when it’s 68 to 70° outside but when it’s in the 30s and freezing it magically doesn’t work spend your hard earned money with this company. They don’t care about their residence, they don’t care about their reputation, all they care about is money. So if you wanna throw away your money and feel like you live in the worst projects, then please apply to one wall management!!!

My property manager Charles Robinson is beyond unprofessional. He takes weeks to return inquiries, I have his 3 phone numbers and an email and yet he responds to neither . I asked to schedule an appt aprx 6 days ago and still no response. I’ve been living here 1yr come 10/15 and I still don’t have a signed lease. When I moved the apartment wasn’t move in ready and I’m still waiting for the reimbursement I was promised by Jocelyn. I still do not have access to by doorbell which o confirmed I would have prior to moving in when I spoke with Dennis.
