I lived with Capstone in Newark for a year and my experience was great as they provided all we needed regarding the housing. If there was any issue with the building, they would respond quickly. The apartments come as furnished and it makes it a lot easier for the move in process specially for students. I would highly recommend Capstone for someone who wants a smooth and easy housing. They also match you with other students of the area which I think is a great thing as everybody is more understanding for each other.

Capstone elite properties are awesome. They provide really good amenities with reasonable prices. I lived in one of the Norfolk Street capstone elite fully furnished properties. It is nearby light rail station, easy to access public transportation. Facilities inside the room are also commendable. You can also enjoy free wifi once in monthly cleaning, I enjoyed my living there. Management is really helpful.

I stayed there for six months. The place is secure and clean, with a cleaning company that services the apartment monthly. The room is quiet and it has a good size. The location is perfect, being close to NJIT and Rutgers University.

I enjoyed my time. location is the key. Grocery store is walking distance, there is a bus that stop in front of the apartaments coming from Newark penn state. It's also located across a police station, which gives a sense of security. They also have a security car making rounds. It's generally quite, hadn't issue with noise. Property is well maintained.
