We worked with Nathan Smith at Austin Tenant Advisors and he helped guide us through the process of finding office space for rent that was perfect for our business needs. We are a small technology startup and needed to make our budget stretch as far as we could. The space we liked best needed some tenant improvements and he helped navigate that process to make sure we understood all the costs associated with the build out and negotiated a $50,000 construction allowance from the landlord! After the lease was signed Nathan continued to work with us through the construction process and has connected us with experts to give us advice throughout. Nathan is one of the best commercial real estate brokers we have ever worked with.
