Rashon was great and helped me purchase my car. He was very thorough and made the process very easy. I definitely recommend him.
Although he was good to work with at the dealership, I was promised that the plastic cover that goes around the seat would be fixed and it has not. I never got an update and whenever I tried calling, I was told they ordered it and are waiting. It has now been almost 2 years and no follow up at all. Also, the price I saw online for the car was not the same as when I went in person. It is not a dealership that is true to their word.

Stay away!!!

Brought my car in. After not hearing from them in a week I called daily but no one picked up or returned my messages.

After 1.5 weeks I called sales and asked to be transferred and they hung up on me. I then called corporate and spoke to Ramon who was very unhelpful.

After 2 weeks I drove down to pick up my vehicle and take it elsewhere for service and they made me wait an hour because they couldn’t find the paperwork, keys, or vehicle.

After an hour of waiting I went out to the lot myself and found the vehicle all scratched up.

The worst car experience I’ve ever had. All the good reviews here are from sales. They are very good at selling cars and absolutely terrible at service.

I purposely avoid reading reviews before going places for this reason. There is an overwhelming amount of misinformation posted here about this dealership.

I came in all the way from Washington DC to purchase a vehicle here. I originally scheduled my appointment for 1:30 in the afternoon, but my travel arrangements had to change on the way. No big deal, I'll just pop in and see if the car is ready to go.

They apologized for the inconvenience, even though it was my fault I showed up FOUR HOURS early. They were very accommodating and didn't mind that I stayed around to check out the other cars and just hang out with the staff. They actually took me back to the service area where the car was being prepped and let me check it out while it was still being inspected and sorted out. Everyone from the sales team, the manager, and even the techs in the back of the house were extremely friendly and professional. When I had questions about a different model, one of the techs actually let me check out his PERSONAL vehicle.

I don't know what kind of entitled brats are shopping for cars here, but the negative reviews for this dealer do not, in any way, represent my experience here. This was the BEST and smoothest purchase of a car I have ever made.

Extra shout out to Roxana and Jen from sales for dealing with my calls for the past few weeks. Glad to finally be out of your hair!

We had a wonderful experience with Mike Mackey. He was extremely helpful with our purchase of a 2022 Dodge Charger. He was very patient with showing us multiple cars until we found the one we wanted to purchase.

Had issues from the first day we picked up our Alfa Romeo Stelvio. Was told by sales rep to use someone else’s email to use the Alfa Connect app. Day 2 of owning our new car the car starts up remotely in my garage at 1am in the morning. I have a young daughter and wife that had bedrooms above the garage, luckily we heard the car start otherwise we could have died. Contacted local police about the possibility of an inside job of someone trying to steal our new car.
I confronted the dealership the next day irate got no where! Called Alfa Romeo direct and they uncovered that the car warranty was registered to someone else. Took weeks of my time to clear up. Dealership in that short period I saw a GM quit and high overall turnover. Sales reps are intimidating overall demeanor on many of them is intimidating, not the type of culture we have here in Monmouth County. I have bought Mercedes Porsches all luxury brands over the years and their attitudes and overall customer centricity fails miserably. Had oil changed you will not get a courtesy car service dept is in chaos mode.
They don’t answer phones and lack customer service. Had oil changed and wanted to leave car at night for next day. Was told to leave keys in an old milk box just laying on rocks not secured or bolted into ground. Anyone can walk off with rusted out box they have break into it and steal your vehicle!! Never saw anything like this before. Brought to mgr’s attention didn’t seem to care. He had a name plate in his desk that said chaos coordinator which exactly spells out how this business is run! Worst experience I have ever had with any business wish I never bought this car as there are no other Alfa dealers close to us! Stay away!!!
