Beautiful and clean park. You could see the fish in the swamp. The trails are nicely marked. You can go mountain biking, fishing, boating, hiking, picnicking, camping, and more. They have a nice camping section. We also visited the archery area with longest distance 40 and shortest 15. The bathroom was clean

We we go there quite often it's a beautiful park to camp at very large sites pull through I'm great for fishing the staff is very nice and friendly the sites are very reasonably priced we will be back many many times

A great place for everyone with a recreation area for camping, picnic. You can go fishing, boating, hiking, lake, playground, toilets and showers are clean, laundry, we recommend it to everyone, we are delighted and will come back there.

I always have a warm fuzzy for the park As a kid I took canoeing lessons and camped there several times ,
My last visit I went to see friends camping there. Inspired me to plan camping trips for next Great hiking trails too Something for everyone !! With Exception of 1 singular ranger Love the park camping & the rangers were so awesome
Two rangers (one on the phone another in person) really went out of their way to assist me in getting my glove back. Sounds silly but it goes to how much they are willing to extend themselves to ensure people have a feel good experience. Thank you for all you do

My friend and I mistakenly took the Masquan trail instead of the Menedock trail at 6 pm, thinking it would a short walk. We ended up getting deep into the Manasquan trail late into 7, we called the office and Ranger Bradley answered and was so kind to us and told us that he wouldn’t leave until we left the park safely. As we were walking towards the parking lot, Ranger Bradley pulls up to make sure we’re okay and safe. Couldn’t ask for better assistance than him.

Wonderful grounds! Great accommodating staff! It's recommended to reserve a campsite ahead of time. But we arrived an hour after office operation but an hour before gate closing and the rangers helped us get settled so we can have electric and water hookup to our camper. My family is definitely coming back here for more camping adventures!

This campground has larger sites than at any NJ state park I've ever been to, and much larger than two nearby privately-owned campgrounds that I stayed at other years.
The bathrooms are clean, the showers work just fine, and the playground is newer and in great condition. The rangers are very helpful and pleasant. Trash and recycling bins are located at each site and are changed by the staff frequently. The campground is well-shaded with many trees. We had a wonderful time despite the rainy weekend.

Staying at the campground. Day 2... very peaceful and quiet. Plenty of garbage cans with clean empty bags in them. Very clean trails.
