I went to Raceway Nissan in December
with zero intention of buying a car, but somehow I ended up purchasing a certified pre-owned, low mileage Nissan Altima. I was so skeptical, but after reading the reviews, I felt comfortable working with Matt H. The experience was seamless...I think I got a good deal, but who knows. Lol. Either way, I walked away excited about my purchase. I have had the same car for the last 12 years, and my last experience with Edison Nissan left me extremely jaded. This experience left me feeling good. I made each decision, and I didn't feel pressured.

Left a one-star review on 3/12 and was immediately called by John Pearce who has recently took over sales at Raceway Nissan of Freehold. John was spectacular to work with, he gathered all the information talked to all parties involved and ended up providing a full refund standing by their dealership and car they stood.

I have dealt with sales and customer service for a long time, it is very rare to find individuals like John and highly recommend working with him. He truly values his customers and I would recommend working with him and freehold Nissan.
