Scared with an expectation (title)

I was really scared to buy another vehicle after reading on google the nightmare reviews people leave on some dealerships. It took me a while to make a decision to buy a new (pre owned) vehicle my family was growing and we could no longer fit in our little Chevy Aveo anymore, the situation was becoming very unsafe to operate my car due to leg space and comfortability. It took me almost 3 year to finally make a decision it took me weeks looking and comparing different vehicles with prices. I was highly interested in pickup trucks or Dodge Durango’s with the Hemi motor some was too high for my budget. My sales guy Gary Tramontana was very helpful it was a pleasure working with him. He had so much knowledgeable about the vehicle sales I was impressed. What I really enjoy about my purchase experience there was no pressure to purchase the vehicle Gary was completely honest along the whole process. He respected that I used my own bank he also offered me opinions to use the dealership financial department to compare rates. I did take his advice. I also had to leave a deposit for them to hold the vehicle, at first I didn’t know if I would lose my deposit. Gary promised me they will return the deposit. It was hard to trust at first, but he was really honest and that’s what I appreciate about this dealership. Gary also helped me learn how to operate my Dodge Durango R/t he gave me there full walk through with the features of todays new technology. Gary is a amazing sales guy with a lot of experience I would highly recommend anyone to come to this dealership to purchase a vehicle from any sale person especially if you could work with Gary.

My husband had a great experience buying a used Ford F150 XLT at Freehold Dodge & Ram. This dealership has been in the same family for years, which is unusual in this day and age. He was helped by Gary, who explained everything clearly. There were no extra fees and the financing went smoothly. Today I purchased my second car from Freehold Dodge. The first car I purchased was brand new and the second car I purchased was used and both times I couldn’t be more happy with my experience, the sales team Never made me feel like I was being pushed into anything, and on the contrary were honest with their answers to any of my questions, and the financing department took their time to listen to my concerns and my needs and did everything in their power to accommodate me. Right before closing the deal on this used car I found some MINOR COSMETIC issues with it and although the car did say as is, they were more than happy to address these minor cosmetic issues for me without any arguments or having to talk them into it. If you wanna purchase either a new car or a used car, I would highly recommend coming here and whichever way you decide to go I promise you won’t be disappointed.

I worked with Debbie at first and then Matt for the sales part. They were both outstanding! From the moment I made first contact to once my vehicle was delivered. I’m out of state so Matt made a video of a walk through for the vehicle and sent it to me. He was very responsive and made sure everything was good once it made it to my house. Barney was very helpful and had everything set up when I walked out of finance. They worked hard to get the best rates possible.
They only negative was that finance pushes hard to sell you one of there warranties after I had already denied them. Overall the experience was seamless.
