Rented an apartment at 1941 Coney Island. The place was nice but the management company was terrible.

The girls in the office are extremely rude and unprofessional. It seems like they treat everyone in the building badly, so you don’t contact them and they don’t have to work.

I thought I was crazy until I spoke with other tenants from the building. Each person I spoke to had something worse to say about the girls in the office.

I feel bad for the super and real estate agents that have to continue to work with these people.

I would recommend getting a nice 2-3 bedroom house in the area and splitting it with friends.

Frank if you are reading this, I advocate to fix this attitude In your office. Tenants are customers and should be treated as such. I would have renewed my apartment if I was dealt with better, and I’m sure the same goes for more tenants In your building.
