So I previously used Beth as my real estate agent. At first she seemed to know her field i started having doubts when it came to certain situations I was facing while using her as an agent. She explained everything and told me to do homework which was fine however when I started to come across hurdles with finding a place I was able to afford i had gotten little to no help from Beth. She has access to mls rental listing which she can filter in prices and areas this was not done on her behalf. She was more interested in selling the property then anything. She told me that if I rent with my given circumstances I would be able to pay a years rent up front and the landlord would more like be willing to work. I later found out that what I was told infact was illegal and if I was going to do that there would be specific requirements like an escrow account. She also kept stating i would have the funds after the sale however she was not fully taking into consideration how much would she house have sold for the estate debt which included a mortgage several thousands of dollars in medical debt agent commissions lawyer fees and the heir split what would have been left over. Looking back on how things were handled was an eye opener. I luckily found a different agent and company where the agent is beyond knowledgeable helpful and has gone far above and beyond for the estate sale and what my needs were.

Gareth Farmer of this real estate agency was the listing agent for our recent sale, and he was more than excellent! He guided us every step of the way, and all of his suggestions were spot-on. He has a network of helpful people, all very professional, that we were able to utilize, and Gareth himself took care of many "red tape" items for us. Bottom line---- we realized more for this sale than we expected!! Our highest recommendation!!

The rating is a negative 1 star! Please DO NOT USE THIS REAL ESTATE COMPANY. I have had nothing but bad experiences. The agent does not know what he's doing, from listing my home incorrectly, to poor or no follow through on appointments, posting unprofessional pictures and promising to get professional ones done, never to return and do it. The broker refuses to let me out of my contract with them to get money that they didn't even earn. Please do yourself a favor, go to Weichert or somewhere else, these people are shady at best!
