I’m not sure where to even start. The 2 stars I give is strictly because we get 2 guest spots, other than that… I have not been pleased with this community’s HOA. There’s always trash flying all over the common grounds (due to the recycle bin not having a lid on it). There’s gum always on my stairs like if it’s a high school staircase (due to the lady in unit 1 on 504 Harding rd). It feels like nobody keeps up with keeping common areas clean but yet the HOA is going up in price. I hope with the new price increase, we’ll see improvements around the common grounds

I live in Briarwood West. These are not photos of our development. Someone has mixed up the pictures! In any case - I do like living here and we have nice neighbors. We have a new company caring for our grounds and they are doing excellent work here. Currently there are putting up new siding and the lawn care has improved greatly.
