My community has been working with EPM for a little over 3 years. We brought them in after we experienced continual issues and
shortcomings with our previous management company. What a breadth of fresh air it has been to work with the team at EPM. For us, that includes primarily Michelle Levengood and Cindy Laubtner but others are always there to jump in as needed...like Dean Barber at budget time.

We recently put brand new roofs on our buildings. With EPM behind us managing this massive project, it was run methodically and seamlessly, on-time and UNDER budget. I believe this simply could not have happened nearly as smoothly or successfully under our previous property management company. EPM makes commitments and delivers every time, our old company rarely delivered on time and sometimes didn’t deliver at all.

Also, we have massively improved our financial practices and budget process under EPM. The result is that we are on a significantly better financial path moving forward with a solid plan for success. A big reason for this is the hard work and dedication of the staff at EPM.

You could do a lot worse selecting a management company to work with your community. You would be extremely hard pressed to find someone better.

The team at EPM corporate are consummate professionals. Everyone I have had interactions with over the years has been so helpful and polite. The experience has been consistent. I never feel frustrated and I always feel 100% safe and secure that information I receive is accurate and that my best interests are looked after across the board.

I implicitly trust the team because they have demonstrated through their demeanor and skillset that their clients are not just another receivable, but that EPM truly cares about client satisfaction and has chosen to be vested in their client's best interests.

I am especially grateful to Colleen in accounting. Colleen has helped me to clarify some questions regarding my mom's account. I am so appreciative of Colleen's extraordinary professionalism and attention-to-detail.

At my community, Marlboro Greens, our property manager is the best I have seen since I have been here. Since Bonnie has assumed the role, she has really done an amazing job of community outreach and making residents aware of on-site and off-site programs. She is so proficient at communications. Bonnie is very proactive and responsive to all concerns. She keeps residents informed and in-the-know, and is clearly concerned about safety.

Having been a client in various industries, it has always been of paramount importance to me that company culture fosters an environment that supports staff personally and professionally. I recently visited the Executive Management Website. My heart soared to see the benchmark and gold standard for staff appreciation and gratitude.

I like what I saw and the staff deserve no less than the best.

I recently had a roof leak. Contacted Michelle Levengood at EPM who quickly took charge of the situation by arranging for an inspection and a temporary patch. The patch was installed within two days of my contacting EPM. Michelle contacted the roofing contractor to fast track the repair estimate to the Baron's Board for approval. Michelle kept me informed through the entire process, always punctual in responding to my concerns. The repair was completed within three days of the submittal. I wish to thank EPM management and Michelle Levengood for their fast response.
