The lady who answers the phone was disrespectful, I called because I am going to rent an apartment with them and when I get the keys to move, the apartment wasn’t ready, it is dirty, the kitchen exhaust fan is missing and the sticking on some parts of the bathroom shower tiles are missing too.So, the lady apologized. Nevertheless, she said “you are paying for what you get, you are paying to low and ship, do not expect a 5 start hotel...”

Really? My money doesn’t count? I never disrespect her, why she has to humiliate people like that, I know I'm going to pay $1,200 for one small room apartment but it is still money, and I know how an apartment has to be given. Also, I was living on other of theirs apartments at the same bulging so I know how they give an apartment for rent and that is not the way to treat a person!.

Employees are very uncooperative and dishonest. They will lie with no proof of accusations all to keep your money and deposits. They are screwing over countless people this way. I would not recommend being a tenant under this company.

This company is the worse company ever. They never fix anything when you call them they only care about money and every year rent goes up and I’ve call them many times for repairs and they never do.The person in charge of answering the phone always have an attitude. Also we have two cars so I call so they can rent me another spot for my second car because only one spot is include it in the rent. They had a parking available and they rent it to someone that doesn’t even live in the property. That’s not fair tenants that live in the property should have more priority than strange people from outside.

My experience living here in the Elizabeth location is terrible. They took over the property maybe 3 years ago but instead of making it better it continues to get worse. They don't want to replace or fix anything that the existing tenants have, they rather wait until you move out to fix things all while increasing your rent. So while they continue to increase your rent, you will still have to deal roaches and unstable conditions of the apartment meaning the apartment foundation. Which is cracking from the floor to the ceiling. If you are an existing tenant they will tell you every problem in your apartment is your responsibility. They also say this a gated community they lied they gate never closes!
