We moved to Chesterfield in 2020.12.

The environment here is great, and it meets our needs of finding a peaceful and lovely space for WFH period.

The leasing office was effective. They helped us to accomplish the process in a couple of days. But it's less efficient if they could have an online version, and we can sign it digitally.

The apartment is worth what it prices in, and we are glad that we have some friendly and lovely neighbours.

I recently moved into Chesterfield apartments and I am loving it! The apartments are nicely laid out and spacious. And, the private balcony is a very big bonus. Truly an outstanding apartment complex.
In addition, the location is so convenient to a variety of great restaurants, shopping at malls and town center boutiques. All within a 10 minute drive.
The office and maintenance staff here at Chesterfield are very friendly and so helpful. From the very first contact I had with Amy, I found her to be extremely pleasant and more than helpful with the application and move-in processes. Everything was explained in detail and all move-in information was provided.
So glad I found Chesterfield apartments!

Me and my husband moved from VA 2 weeks back and we are loving the apartment and community. Even though it’s a one-bed room apartment there is a dining space which we turned into a home-work office and you can consider it a guest room even. The location is 5 mins from the downtown which has different amazing restaurants to try, and Walmart or the freehold raceway mall is only within 10 mins of the apartment.
The property manager, Amy is very friendly and helpful. We were able to find and secure the apartment within 2 days and she helped us with how to move, what to provide and also any necessary things we need right now at chesterfield. I highly recommend this place!

Amazing, beautiful place to live, big spacious apartments, lots of grass area if you have a dog, people at the office are so nice and accommodating, and it is in a very safe area. I hope to live here for years to come, I’m so happy I landed here!

Chesterfield Apartments made it very easy to understand all the tasks involved in starting to rent an apartment for a first time renter, like myself. Amy and Aaron at the leasing office respond quickly and are open to any questions. The energy of the community is quiet and peaceful.

They have a year long poster that says “Now Leasing” yet they are not leasing anytime you go there and request an application, they do not answer phones in the office, and they do not have a waiting list. The website isn’t even available when you click the link to request more information when the office isn’t answering the phones . HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED
