I have been living with East Coast Management for 2 years and it has been a great experience. The leasing office team is easy to talk to and always ready to help. Anthony, the, Property Manager is awesome – he answers all your questions promptly and is really friendly.

The building is well taken care of, quiet, and just a great place to live. I highly recommend East Coast Management to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable living experience!

We've only owned our condo in Red Bank that East Coast Ideal manages for about 6 months but in that time we've become very impressed by them. The property has a lot of updates going on and they seem completely on top of everything and communicate updates frequently via both email and text which is very helpful and reassuring. Our neighbor also had clogged pipes on a couple of occasions which they handle since they are shared lines. Response to his calls was immediate.

These reviews have to have been bought. If you want a company that gives you absolutely no notice for anything. And i mean NONE. And jackhammers your patio apart on a Saturday morning to put some poles in… (after having been here at 7:30 am the day before… AGAIN WITH NO NOTICE ) not to mention hires a construction company that has no idea what they are doing and no muffler on their truck -then this is the perfect company for you!

One of the toughest tasks being on a condo board involves finding a great management company. We have been very lucky to have found and now have worked with for a number of years, ECI Property Management. I have been a board member for most of the 20+ years our property, The Cloisters, has existed and we have had a number of bad management experiences, but since starting with ECI, especially since we were assigned Anthony Gjergji as our manager, things have worked exceptionally well. Anthony is always prompt in responding, very knowledgeable, patient working though different opinions on decisions, finding excellent vendors and always following through and keeping the board informed. We thank him and look forward to continuing our work with him.

I’ve served on the board with her for the past 2 years and am impressed with her knowledge of local and state regulations as well as her resourcefulness.
