This company has poor customer service. I have had several breakin using there doors and window coverings. When you have an emergency they do not respond, however they collect payment on time. If you can find another company do not use them. Currently I’m being charged for service I don’t have and I’ve asked for weeks to adjust fitting to help secure property. Talk with past customers before using this company!

Our company have used VIP for the past 2 years for ALL of our properties. We are very satisfied with their hands on approach, their products, timely service and they are located in Atlanta. The previous company we used was the opposite of VIP and not based in Atlanta which made it difficult for a quick turnaround in securing our properties.

Run away! This is the worst ran company in Atlanta. Disclosures in the contract means nothing! They promise to weekly check-ups on the property. Doesnt Happen! Doors are horrible! you need three different keys to access the property. Locks are extremely cheap and doesnt always work.... Use another company if you are in the market for property doors and window protection.

VIP has always treated me like a VIP. I’ve been using their services for a number of years now and recently I had an issue that required immediate attention. Contractors had removed the security screens and I was in jeopardy of someone breaking into my property and stealing/ruining the work we’ve completed so far. I made a call to Dennis and he acted quickly and put me in touch with Quentin. No technicians were available for an emergency site visit and repair. So Quentin went and serviced the security gates himself and reinstalled the security screens to secure and protect my property. Now that’s VIP treatment! Being professional and taking security/protection of my property very serious. I’m thankful and very grateful for Dennis, Quentin, and the entire VIP team!

Horrible experience. They ignored me for a week. When I called back they had no information on the evaluation they had done the property. They then called me back to let me they couldn’t do it. Their excuse is some one lives there. No one lives there it’s boarded up and the gate is chained closed. I also hired security who patrols 3 times a day so if someone is trespassing they’ll be kicked out. Once I explained this they became very rude and said they are not going to secure the property. I’ve lost thousands of dollars from ppl breaking in and stealing copper and destroying plumbing while I was patiently waiting to hear from this company. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Que and his team are amazing! I work remotely and had some contractors that constantly no showed and delayed things multiple times, but their team showed up time and time again and got the job done! Highly recommend
