This company acts like they are doing something good for the community but their attitudes show that they do not care about their tenants. How they act, how they address their tenants, and their demeanor has racist undertones. They speak to their tenants as if they are children that need to be tamed. They do not take inquires or problems seriously because they feel like they are doing “us” a favor. Although it is affordable income, for a lot of people it’s more than half their income they are excepted to pay. Nobody ever answers the leasing office and you have to jump through hoops to get simple questions answered. Corporate just made 5 excuses why nobody answers the phone. So it’s acceptable that nobody has to do their job.

Its been a year now since Walters delivered our home. The quality of work is excellent. They are attentive to detail, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them.

Kelli who takes care of howell and Jackson was amazing and very helpful and patient to help me. Unfortunately I was not approved for Jackson and howell has about a 5 yr waiting list.

Property management unfriendly and he needs a education in how to work with people and lots if people here complain that he does nothing to accommodate them with their questions.
