We would absolutely recommend working with Jersey Shore Modular Homes if you are considering building a new home.

We originally contacted local contractors for stick-built homes, but without architectural drawings that cost over $15k, the builders could not even tell us a ballpark range for a home.
With JSMH, we could explore home designs and layouts and have an idea of what a base model would cost before making any commitments.

Once we met with JSMH, we worked with Zack and Mike to pick a home model/layout and request some modifications to better suit our lot and family needs.

We chose a 4 Bedroom, 1900 square foot home that was lifted on pilings due to flood zone requirements.

We were able to choose design options that fit our needs. We requested some custom upgrades, many of which were easily fulfilled. When Zack was unsure if our requests could be accommodated, he checked with the builders and let us know.

Once our home was set, Tom became our point person. He was attentive and responsive. They proposed a timeline for completion and we were able to move in right around that time. He worked to keep the schedule moving along including keeping the inspections scheduled in a timely manner.

JSMH shares a contract that clearly states what is and is not included in the contract. Cement work is not included in the contract. We were surprised by the township to learn that we needed significantly more concrete than we budgeted for. JSMH helped us find a reputable contractor to help with that. They were gracious in helping us remain within our overall budget despite the surprising cement needs.

Once we moved in, we developed a punch list of small items that needed to be completed. JSMH worked diligently to complete those tasks.

We are loving our home. We are so happy we went with Jersey Shore Modular Homes. We encourage you to reach out and talk with the JSMH team if you are considering building a new home.

From the beginning, we knew it was a great fit and quickly realized they were truly exceptional people. The team's responsiveness, communication, professionalism, and candor throughout the entire process were consistently outstanding.

My wife and I selected the Jacob's Creek II floor plan (~1,754 sq. ft.) and customized it by adding an unfinished second story with three dormers and an unfinished basement. These modifications gave our home a charming Cape Cod style. We built our home in Egg Harbor Township, NJ.

The design and selection process, while tedious, was also enjoyable thanks to Mike and Zach. Their expertise and industry knowledge ensured we felt like we were truly building the house of our dreams—and we did. The team went above and beyond on multiple occasions, even helping us secure approvals from Pinelands, the Township, and local town halls.

A big thank you to Mike, Zach, Tom, and Tim for their reliability, guidance, and unwavering support throughout this journey. They made us feel confident and comfortable with what was the largest investment of our lives.

Just finished up with the team at Jersey Shore Modular. What an absolute pleasure the entire process was! We did an expanded ranch in Little Egg Harbor (roughly 2000sf) and the entire team from JSM was incredible every single step of the way from start to finish! If you ever wondered whether building a home was an easy process, I can assure you it’s not. That is why it’s important to find a builder you trust! A builder that is reliable, communicative, professional, kind, skillful, and down to earth. These are the words that come to mind when I think of the crew at Jersey Shore Modular. I knew from the first meeting with Mike (the owner) that this was the crew we would hire to make our dreams a reality. My husband and I built our 1700 sq ft Cape Cod style home in Egg Harbor Township. EHT didn’t short us on any amount of curveballs, but each one thrown at us was handled with ease by Jersey Shore. Zach, Tom, and Tim never missed a beat and we are super grateful for all their hard work and expertise. After the home was completed my husband and I hired a private home inspector to cross our T’s and dot our I’s. I normally don’t leave reviews but this time I just had to come on and speak about Jersey Shore Modular Homes and their entire crew especially Tom. They were building a new home right next to mine yesterday so the power in my home needed to be shutdown most of the day. They sent out letters making us away ahead of time just in case there were to be an issue. I spoke to Tom personally being my health is very poor and require artificial nurtrition amongst another other multiple medications that require refrigeration. He took the time to research it and get back to me and made arrangements to have a generator hooked up to my home so my refrigerators did not lose power. And I didn’t risk losing my nutrition and went above that and provided me a space heater being I’m so severely anemic to make sure I did not get sick being my heat would not work. His men came in hooked me all up and were the most sweetest and caring men, even came over to check on me. Their work was meticulous as I got to watch through my window and the level of compassion was nothing have ever encountered. This is a company I will be recommending to anyone who is listen cause you will never find another like them. Their Marketing manager Marianna is the most sweetest woman, spoke with me told me if I ever need help to contact her with anything I’ve never had anyone be so kind to me. So in a but shell, if you need a home built with people who not do only do a Fantastic job but are also compassionate and caring Jersey Shore Modular Homes is definitely the company you want!

Thank you Jersey Shore Modular for our beautiful custom 2280 sq ft home on the bay front in Long Beach Island NJ. We have 5 bedrooms, 3 bath with an elevator. After looking at many stick builders and other modular companies, Jersey Shore Modular gave us the customized look ease wanted inside and out. They have excellent customer service and we enjoyed working with them. They also were always quick to respond to emails, text and calls. We love our home and we are excited to move in.

If you are looking into building a new home, you will hit the jackpot with Jersey Shore Modular Home. The entire crew, Mike, Zack, and Tom are knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. We owned a small cottage in Wildwood, NJ. Our family, 3 sisters, were looking to improve our quality of life so more of our family could enjoy our home at the shore. We first emailed Mike who answered all of our questions regarding modular homes, with no pressure to purchase. We then decided to build a custom 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom modular home with an outdoor shower. We worked with Mike and Zach to design our house. If we missed a step in the plans, they offered their experienced guidance. We were thrilled with the design of the house and how it was manufactured. Mike and Zach were attentive to our needs and cared that we were happy with our choices. They were very easy to communicate with and work with.
When our house was delivered we began our work with Tom, our project manager. Tom excelled at his job too. He was patient, reliable, and knowledgeable. Tom was readily accessible and emailed weekly with updates and photos. Tom also was able to recommend outside contractors for painting, concrete work, etc., again, with no pressure.
