Very quiet and clean grounds. Whenever there is a maintenance issue they are always quick to respond. The apartments are larger that most and cost is comparable. I have live hear for two years and very happy with the amenities. Allie in the office is always helpful, very professional and pretty good with follow up. Allie is great. I have no reasonable complaints. I enjoy living here. Check out Estates at McDonough before you rent at at any of the newer apartment complex

The estates community is top tier. The front office has a great staff friendly and outgoing. The luxurious atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing. The amenities The game room and fitness center are very clean and well kept. The grounds are impeccably clean no trash or debris. Also good beautification.

I had stayed for about a year as a business trip accommodation instead of a hotel

It's a private housing complex, it's fully secured, and each house has its own garage, and it's quiet. It was even better with gym and a swimming pool, and there was no heating or cooling problem It's just that food shredders sometimes cause problems

I have lived here for about 8 months and the experience has been top notch from day 1. Ebiere was my leasing agent. She’s smart, kind and professional. The grounds are well kept and the facilities team is amazing. All requests have been resolved within 24 hours and the team themselves are friendly, kind and caring. Same with the rest of the office team. A whole bunch of good people running this place. There’s a sidewalk that goes all around the property that’s a little less than a mile that is great for a daily walk. Moving here has provided peace in my life.

I had an amazing tour with Ms. Ebiere Hosea. What differentiated from all other tours I’ve been on throughout my search was she didn’t just provide a tour in the apartment I was inquiring on but the amenities and surrounding areas. Her energy was amazing and even with my kids tagging along she was quite patient. My 3 year old was very fond of her (especially after she got an ice pop from her lol). All the questions I asked her she answered , definitely knows her stuff. She gave me a heads up on what to expect on the application process and it was a success. I am looking forward to my time here and have great hopes !!
