My experience with Two Trees Management has been really stress free. From Lease signing to now living in my unit has been amazing. The whole process leading up to lease signing day was a breeze. All of my questions was answered in a timely manner. The staff are very welcoming and very friendly. The apps used for repairs and rent payment are very user friendly and convenient. Any issue or questions I may have have been answered rapidly. So far I have no complaints. I love my apartment! Thank you!

I love everything about my experience living at the Mercedes House; my apartment feels like a cozy Scandinavian respite in the bustle of the city. The staff is wonderful and always there to help with whatever you need. Love the ease of setting up repairs and the online communication between residents when selling/buying furniture or sharing information or requestis. The gym in the building is incredible and the other residents I’ve met are warm and easy going. Love how dog friendly the building is also. Truly a gem of a place. This is my 3rd year renting here and can’t imagine leaving.

I've had a wonderful experience with this property management company. I was searching for an apartment in Manhattan with a lot of urgency and very little time. I went to a viewing of an apartment complex in Hells Kitchen with my parents and we were met with wonderful service from Ansel Shields who showed us around the building. He was very convincing and sold me the apartment on the spot. I just moved in yesterday and the management team has been so communicative with me. They've really helped me get the lay of the land. Every question I've had, they've answered quickly and with care. I felt very well-supported and there was nothing difficult or time consuming about working with them. I've had the ideal transition into a new place. I highly recommend working with them if you're looking for a new place!

My dog and I have lived at the Courthouse apartments for two years and it has been nothing but a pleasure for both of us.

It's a very warm, human and dog friendly building that is well maintained. The doormen know you by name and all of the staff have always been super responsive and helpful.

My unit faces the lovely courtyard that sits between the towers of the building, it's not only a nice view to look down on - it also makes it great for working from home, as you don't have to deal with potential street noise.

And if you are not familiar with the neighborhood, it has great train access and is at the intersection of multiple fantastic neighborhoods, as well as walking distance to the Promenade, the running & biking trail along the piers and a short jaunt to DUMBO.

We are now living in our second Two Trees building and have nothing but positive things to stay about our management company! Our building and amenities are excellent, and it's so nice being able to walk into the management office with questions since they are located just across the street. They are always responsive with any issues that come up, and are generally very pleasant to interact with. Highly recommend!

We worked with Maury and Amanda to tour multiple Two Trees apartments for both on-site and virtual walkthroughs. They were very professional, friendly, and helpful in our apartment search. We could tell they were invested in finding the right place for us and took our concerns into consideration. We also love the community and all the staff at Two Trees. Moving in was a breeze, we've had no issues.

We love living in the Mercedes House. The building has some of the largest terraces in Manhattan and likely the best outdoor pool. It feels like living on a cruise ship. Many of our neighbors have become good friends. The staff are friendly and helpful. The subway is about a 16-minute walk away (not very close), and while Hell's Kitchen is not the cleanest part of Manhattan, we would definitely choose the Mercedes House again.
