My sister and I were looking to move to Brooklyn from the Upper East Side. Coordinating a move is stressful enough, but but on top of that add all of the stress that comes with a pandemic.

Moishe (Moses Stark) and his team at Rennit are amazing - I’m in awe of how smooth this whole process was and how kind and patient they were. Moishe, Aliyah, and Yasmine very promptly answered any questions we had throughout the process and they validated and matched our sense of urgency. Very professional yet down to earth and kind people.

Will not recommend. Complete waste of time, unprofessional and unorganized. When we arrived for the viewing, we were unable to view the place because the tenants were still home and apparently did not know about the agent coming to showcase it. Very unorganized and a waste of time already. We traveled a long way to "view" the apartment and were still prompted to apply without viewing it. Even though I was hesitant, we still applied and wasted money on the application fees. We had a zoom meeting with the owner who then denied us even though we made well over 40x the rent and met all of the criteria. We got no explanation from the agent as to why we were denied. They even sent us a follow-up email offering us different apartments including the SAME ONE THEY JUST DENIED US FROM. Poor communication and felt like a scam.

They moved my application quickly through the pipeline, and made my transition to Brooklyn smooth. My apartment was in great condition and they gave me a call a few days in checking in on me.
