Boris is a thorough and thoughtful agent who has been accommodating in securing an apartment on my behalf. I was unable to attend a viewing and he left his office to video call me from the apartment giving me a virtual tour where he introduced me to the landlord. We had tried finding a 3-bedroom through other brokers, and ran into nothing but problems. One of my roommates found Gemma through an ad. She was amazing to work with. Once we told her exactly what neighborhood/train stops we were looking for, she gave us multiple listings. Her responses were always cheerful and speedy. She was also super flexible and put up with all our schedules to get this completed in a timely manner (one roommate was in a time crunch). Highly recommend Gemma!!

Unorganized company of scammers. I applied for an appartment back in October, they took faith deposit of $500, and supposed to reimburse when we get an answer from landlord. We got an answer in 4 days. But never received our deposit back. They told me that they would send a check. I never recieved it, called them back and asked to do chase quick pay. They agreed on that but never send it to me.... I tried to call them multipule times, but they blocked my phone....
Highly recomend to avoid this company.
