Todd is the best real estate broker one can ever ask for! His sense of professionalism is surreal - knowledge of the market, thoughtful, considerate, and always responsive. I had a great experience working with Todd and he is always supportive throughout the process. Not to mention, Zillow/Streeteasy was very difficult to use. Prevu’s website is much more user friendly - much easier to filter through and keep track of listings, it really made my life a lot easier. Not to mention, the smart buyer rebate program is amazing!

We had a fantastic experience with Prevu over a period of years (!) of looking before eventually purchasing. It is honestly much more effective to have a highly competent remote broker setting up viewings/offers/applications etc, as opposed to an incompetent warm body that follows you around to viewings. Our agent, Prakash, was very helpful with the complex NYC co-op application process, and coordinating with the seller. The rebate is the cherry on top of the whole Prevu model, highly recommended.

Purchasing new home has been bit of a long wait and adventurous for us. We started with Prevu before Covid. While Prevu has been transparent about market helped us to short list few of them. However competition was such that we didn’t win even after going above asking price.. We took a break during covid and returned. Things had changed a lot.
