Hi Home Seeker,
I worked with Manacey, 3yr ago this past week. I moved to Chicago from Atlanta and was looking to return. I tell you she is truly amazing. I explained what I was looking for flew in town looked at about 6 homes. Everyone met what I requested but I did not move on any. She said....I got you don't worry. I tell you all of 3 days she called me saying when can you come back? I found the home of your dreams. I tell you she took it a point further and went to the home facetime me from the drive way to the back yard and every room in the house. SHE WAS RIGHT!!!! I wanted to sign the contract right then. I flew back confirmed and signed through all that I went through to get it she was by my side every step of the way. Mrs. Culberson is Truly Amazing at what she do.
