As a tenant of Beach Haven Apartments I am a resident for 37 years, married and raised 2 daughters here. The rooms are spacious, the buildings are clean and well kept. The maintenance and the porter staff work hard to provide repairs and maintain cleanliness. I would like to give a special round of applause to George Thomas. He is a professional property manager, he is accommodating, caring, and provides outstanding service to all the tenants. I must compliment George in getting things done. George is an asset to Beach Heaven Apartments I hope they realize it. George Thomas your the “best in the business”!!

I have been surprisingly impressed by management since moving into the Beach Haven Apartments in September 2018. I was expecting slow corporate responses to all of my questions, concerns and maintenance issues. I can't believe how wrong I was! it starts with the people who answer the phones in the management office. The office staff took my concerns very seriously and my contact information was taken very promptly. The maintenance staff responds rather quickly and I haven't had any problems in getting the repairs done on the first attempt. I even had a clogged toilet at 3:00 AM. I was able to use my bathroom again in about 45 minutes. My most praise comes to my property manager, George Thomas. If he's not in his office he always returns my phone calls. He takes his job quite seriously and goes above and beyond to make sure that I am a happy tenant. I am very fortunate to have found such a nice place to live at the Beach Haven apartments.

I had work done in my apartment by the beach haven maintenance and I must say I was impressed by the quality of work and the professionalism involved. I was especially impressed by George who I believe is in charge of the maintenance staff, he listened to all our concerns and seems to really care about the tenants who live in the complex. It was a pleasure to deal with George and all of his people who did a great job at fixing all of the issues we had in the apartment.

I moved in to Beach Haven Apartment in December this year and so far, it has been nothing but a great service and always fast response to any issues. George, the Manager, is just an amazing person - dedicated, kind and reliable. He and his team do what promise without delays or forgetting. He accommodates any needs and makes sure everyone is happy. The complex is clean, comfortable and, most importantly, safe.

Everyone who works for this management company is absolutely awesome. Armando is a life saver, always very accommodating and professional and so is Anthony. George Thomas, a manger helped me with a laundry card by having it delivered straight to my apartment at the time convenient for me. Just absolute angels.

I’m absolutely at a loss for words when it comes to George Thomas, the property manager. Ever since he came on board any and all issues I’ve had were dealt with quickly, efficiently and with utmost professionalism. I was freezing in my apartment for two years and every time I’d call to complain about it they used to tell me to buy plastic from Home Depot to seal my windows, which barely did anything. I spoke to George just one time about the freezing cold in the apartment and within just a few days ALL of my windows were changed!!! I am finally warm and cozy in the apartment. Thank you so much George!! I finally love living here.

Beach haven apartments is the best . There staff is super professional and polite. Every situation gets resolved immediately. The property manager George Thomas is the best in the business. He makes sure you are happy and living comfortable. He makes sure everything gets done in a timely manner. I am writing this review on behalf of my parents, who have lived in the BH apartments for the last 25 years. Throughout the years, many things were repaired and a lot of work was done in the apartment. I am impressed by the quality of work and responsiveness of the staff. In many cases, I personally have spoken to George, who is the maintenance manager. I am really impressed by the way George conducts business. He listens to all the concerns and complaints and seems to really care about the tenants who live in the BH complex. It is a pleasure to deal with George and all of his staff who continuously do a great job of fixing all of the issues my parents have in the apartment.

I would just like to say that I’ve been living in Beach Haven Apts for 36 years. Beach Haven has an amazing Maintenance dept. they always go above and beyond and do quality work. I just had my sink replaced and my kitchen floor done today. The guys did an excellent job. They even helped me move my kitchen furniture back. Special thanks to George, Anthony, Martin and Joe (there was another guy but I don’t know his name)for making it happen. I truly appreciate your professionalism.
