Always Immaculate had taken care of our main house for 9 years. But we recently moved to a smaller place in another state and had to say goodbye in late October. We wish they could take care of our new home as well as our vacation home. We couldn’t be more appreciative of the team’s hard work, thorough cleaning skills, dedication, honesty, and integrity. They were also just a pleasure to be around although we were sure to stay out of their way. The ladies were like family, and I looked forward to seeing them every two to four weeks. Sally Torres, the owner, and her assistant were easy to talk to when scheduling needed occasional adjusting or if I had a special request or small concern. It was nice to have the house so clean on a regular basis from top to bottom that if we had a last minute party or unexpected guests coming to stay, the house was ready top to bottom. I also never had to worry or check behind the crew. We had used another company prior to Always Immaculate, and we use another company at our vacation home because it is out of Always Immaculate’s range. Neither came or comes close. Always Immaculate is the company to call! We miss them and are very thankful for their care over the past years.

My first experience with this company wasn’t great. I paid $180+tax to have one room cleaned, and while the job was done, it wasn’t up to the standard I expected. A few spots were missed, and I felt the service didn’t justify the cost. After leaving a review, I was pleasantly surprised when Sally, who seems to be the owner, reached out to me personally. She acknowledged the issues and agreed that the cleaning should have been done thoroughly.

Sally called me to apologize and offered to come back the next day to redo the entire room, making sure everything was spotless. She came herself and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the service this time. I really appreciate her taking the initiative to make things right. It’s clear they care about their customers and are committed to delivering a quality service. This follow-up changed my perspective, and I’m happy with the result.

I had a very disappointing experience with this cleaning company. When I first got the quote, I was given a reasonable price, but when it came time to pay, they charged me double what was quoted. This was incredibly frustrating and felt like a bait-and-switch tactic.

To make matters worse, they claimed that 7 women were working on the job, but in reality, only 5 showed up. The cleaning itself was just okay—not worth the inflated price they charged.

The final straw was the receptionist's attitude. She was extremely rude when I called to discuss the billing discrepancy. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, she was dismissive and unprofessional.

Overall, this experience was a huge letdown, and I definitely won’t be using their services again.
