Along the way he anticipated and solved problems before they happened; he foresaw the possibility that the dumpster could damage or stain our paver driveway and personally took the required steps to protect it. He brought the house into compliance with all of the regulatory requirements for the sale: fire extinguishers, smoke and CO detectors, and the Certificate of Occupancy. We needed to be absentee sellers and for every need and every contingency we knew Mark would be there and we could rely on him with 100% certainty to get the job done. Throughout, Mark consistently went above and beyond and worked with his heart and soul committed to assuring our success.
