I don’t know why anyone would give these evil people 5 stars. Collini Real Estate are nothing but LIARS and arrogant human beings. Crystal Bolton especially. She told my parents that the house we wanted, that they had to pay for termites, and the house need a new septic, (the septic alone was $5,000) when the house wasn’t even in our name yet. My parents (as gullible as they are) fell for it. My parents spent $5,000-$7,000 on that house. We met Crystal at her office, talked about a few things. She was so helpful and typed out a letter to a broker (Crystal recommended us) stating that we recently went through a foreclosure. So months went by, and Crystal made dozens of promises. “You’ll be in that house by the summer, You’ll be in by thanksgiving. You’ll be in by Christmas.”

So finally the broker contacted my mom, telling us that because of the foreclose, we were not eligible for that house. Crystal a liar that she is. Jumped ship and called my mom to yell at her. “You never told me about the foreclose.” When we have documented proof that she typed the letter. We also have text messages from Crystal.

She is liar. Her company that she stands by are nothing but liars and thieves. We will get our money back. We need to shut this place down for fraud.

Also, I remember being in the Collini office. Crystal offered us coffee and leftover snacks. I took her up on her offer and I went into the break room. I saw her boss on the phone in his office. I remember making eye to eye contact with him. He never said hello or waved. We just stared at each other. Til I walked away. Really? You are the person running this whole fraud of a Company, and you can’t say hello or wave. You are arrogant.

Screw you Crystal and your boss. I hope and pray that you don’t do this to anyone else. And that your FRAUD of a company shuts down.
