Terrible management. Negligent of neighboring property owners peaceful right to enjoyment of their home. Noisy, curbside appeal violating, polluting, code violating ebnabled mechanics in residential zoned neighborhoods. Junk cars constantly worked on into wee morning hours, and no supervision to enforce responsible code, compliance, or illegally parked unregistered, hoarded fleet of vehicles. Their mismanaged tenants have turned my quiet neighborhood into a salvage yard where body work, engine rebuilding, revving running engines into the wee morning hours, and nighttime flood lit hoarded garages ruin the peaceful existence and my view and peace of mind and mkt. value. I would never trust these non managing "mgr.'s with my property, given how the occupants they enable to continue violating residential codes and NRS statutes and ordinances are allowed to reoffend. Their negligence and the City of Fernley's negligence not enforcing codes are bringing an already down realty mkt., down further! Recommend another source. Julianne Holt, realtor, would be a more responsible choice.

We worked with Shannon to find a rental home as soon as the pandemic lock down started in 2020. Shannon and all the ladies there were very responsive, got us approved within hours of filling out an application.

It was a beautiful home and she even allowed us to bring our cat along. She had it cleaned and the carpets were in great condition.

After about a year of living there, we planned to resign the lease but unfortunately for us, the owner was looking to sell the home. Shannon gave us the option to end our lease earlier if we found a new home, this was not something she had to do but she did. We also struggled to find a home at first so Shannon helped us find an option in Fernley right away. We didn't end up going with that house as we found a home in Reno, but if circumstances were different we would have gladly went with Investors Properties again.

The move out process was painless. We will miss working with these great group of ladies.

As renters, it was our first time moving into an actual house so we didnt know what to expect.. but we are beyond grateful that Investors made it easy for us. They were all friendly every time we reached out.. The process was easy and painless. They always answered our questions in a timely manner. And we felt like they were really considerate of their tenants just as much as the owner they work with.
