Shame on Lincoln Properties, David Binswanger the Senior Excecutive Vice President for putting on his blinders and ignoring the exploitation of hard working construction workers at the project, the Flight at Tustin Legacy, CA. There is an accountability to hire responsible companies that pay for healthcare for the worker and his family and also to pay a livable wage so there is participation in the community spending by the hard working individuals. If employees cannot care for his family our taxes will! Call David at and also Park Miller at and tell them to be responsible and correct the problem. It is the end user meaning the owner who can stipulate who works on their construction projects.

SHAME on David Binswanger and Parke Miller, the project at THE FLIGHT @ TUSTIN LEGACY is being built by out of town workers.
I’m a union carpenter and I’m proud of the way I make a living, and when you undermine our area standards to save a few dollars its not acceptable.
We fight for our wages and our benefits and will not stand by and let workers from San Diego who don’t get paid the area standard do our work.
Lincoln property company has an obligation to the community and should not be able to insulate themselves behind these independent contractors.
GET UNIQUE BUILDING GROUP OUT OF THIS PROJECT!!!!!!!!
