I first met Steven as the seller’s broker for the house I eventually bought. My parents lived in Homestead at Mansfield for over 32 years. They loved their house and took great pride that they were able to live there until they passed away. Homestead Realty, knowing the community very well, being located right outside the security gate, was the perfect choice to sell the home. Communication was terrific and they set realistic goals as the home was only listed for 8 weeks until the new owners submitted an acceptable offer. Jacqui Thomas was terrific and assisted in handling all necessary inspections and details needed to close quickly after the offer.
