Linda and bluebird reality are the worst property managers that I have ever encountered. My family and I have been renting at our home for 3 years and Linda recently became our property manager. We have been waiting almost a month for a plumbing reimbursement that we came out of pocket for because Linda is very difficult to get in contact with and she does not answer her phone. We are also still waiting for updates on tree removal and window and door repairs. This woman is awful at communicating with tenants. She doesn't put the safety of tenants first, which leads us to take matter into our own hands and come out of our own pocket for expenses that we should not be responsible for as renters. I have even had to make a trip up to the office myself because she does not answer the phone. In addition to that, I don't see how she runs a business because the office is completely unorganized and in disarray. I highly advise that you find a better option than Linda and Bluebird for property management. All that I asked for is clear communication and updates, and she cannot deliver that. When you are a property manager you do not have days off. The safety and functionality of someone's home is a serious matter, and she does not care.

Andrea and Linda were helpful, professional and great to rent with. If there was any problems with maintenance it was immediately addressed and taken care of. I had to relocate and rent from another company which made me truly miss renting with Bluebird. With the relocation, it’s not easy finding a company to rent from to replace them.

Linda and Andrea were really good to us for the last 10 years. We dealt with Linda for 9 years and Andrea for one year. We enjoyed doing business with Linda and Andrea.
