Total crooks, constantly asking for money that they don’t deserve. managing properties site, unseen. Creating Ways for the homeowners To fork out more money than Necessary. Refuse to take monthly payments so they can sue you later on for nonpayment, I’ve contacted the Better Business Bureau and they claimed there’s nothing they can do. I’ve written letters to the governor no response. I’ve contacted New Jersey division of property management and construction and they turn a blind eye. There’s nothing you can do to stop these people. It’s a system that has been built and as long as they’re collecting, they will continue to take from the homeowner .They can just take from you as long as they want to. Most homeowners are afraid to speak out against them.

I had a problem with one of my properties being managed by this company... I spoke with the owner of the company by the name of Carri. She was very concerned and empathetic and let me vent about a few issues I was having.
She assured me that issues would be addressed immediately.
She conveyed to me, that as the owner of Target Property Management she wanted her clients to be happy and made to feel appreciated.
I was very impressed that she as a CEO was accessible to her clients and listened and was willing to resolve the problems in a timely manner.

So.. this post above was written years ago when target property Took over managing one of our properties. Since the years have followed, it is my opinion that this is probably one of the worst property management companies I have ever come across in my opinion… The lack of communication, the lack of basic job management, The mismanagement and having to pay several “one time” fees along with numerous increases on the monthly dues. I feel They constantly lock in their “own” contract before having meetings to vote whether we the owners want continue to keep with their management company or not… I feel that they do not do their job. I feel that they have attitude and they’re always the victim and the homeowners need to be patient with them and their constant turnover of property managers! I WOULD HAVE VOTED THEM OUT YEARS AGO!

Bought a condo in an association managed by Target. Lived there for multiple years, then rented it out, then sold it so have dealt with them from every angle and honestly no positives.

Every year they made me prove that I had paid all of my association fees even though it was deducted automatically. Closing on the property was delayed when I bought as well when I sold as a direct result of their lack of communication and customer service If you have a say do not get involved with this company.

Target really should stop and take a look at their company's values and the way they treat people. You don't end up with less than 3 stars without cause

Terrible customer service skills. Property Manager at Sweetwater is obviously over worked ("12 associations and issues hundreds of work orders each week") as that is her excuse regarding simple homeowner requests. Target either needs to unload or provide a more qualified individual. However, on a positive note, kudos to the person who answers their office phones....very pleasant and accommodating.

Our condo community contracted with Target for several years. After numerous meetings year after year and nothing ever being accomplished we finally fired target as our property management company. We hired a new management company and the development is changing ever so quickly —on the positive side and things are finally getting accomplished with our new management company. Target never follows through with anything. The collections were out of hand, as well as numerous other issues. The maintenance costs were astronomical. Nothing was ever accomplished with this management company. Do yourself a favor and take a hard pass.

Target Management is the worse!! They like to send violation letters out and fine you for ridiculous issues and it just comes down to harassment. We have 2 board members that are president and vice president that live in the community and are retired. They have nothing better to do but complain about other residents not following the very rules that they break themselves. This company and the members needs to be replaced.

Target is a top notch property management company. Our association is going through transition and Target is very involved in helping us through the difficult process. Whenever I have had any issues, Leanne is very helpful. She is always very friendly and goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure any problem is resolved. I highly recommend Target and especially Leanne.

Our association has been going through a very difficult time in its development. Transition, Parking issues etc and through this difficult process Leanne and Target have been working tirelessly to continue to provide a beautiful, safe and fiscally sound community. There are so many challenges and difficult decisions to be made and rules to be enforced. Some of these are not always popular but Target continues to provide great service and support. I would recommend target and Leanne specifically..
