Advanced Property Management are true professionals. There have been multiple instances where I needed their assistance in submitting tickets, requests, and other needs. They were able to resolve my requests very quickly by providing superior customer service. If it needed any escalation or any outside vendors to rectify the situation, it was completed in a very quick manner with a day or 2 turnaround. I've often spoke with Katherine about any issues I've come across as a tenant and her ability to quickly remediate any situation has been truly impressive. It's a pleasure to work with her as she is so polite, respectful, and very approachable. She will take her time to specifically document what you need and develop the quickest plan to assist you. She will follow up with you very frequently for visibility which will never leave you second guessing if she forgot about your situation. I look forward to working and speaking with Katherine again.

Tony,Katherine from APM managed my rental property for the last 10 years. I was out of the country and they provided phenomenal service to me. They were very thorough in screening for new tenants They managed my property absolutely flawlessly.
Thwy made it so easy for me and completely seamless. They provided me with the right advise on the rental value. They management fee was extremely reasonable.
Special shoutout to Katherine who was always there for me. She was very responsive both to the tenants and me on any queries. They managed the payment and provided me annual statements on time all the time!!
They even handled the painting and other repairs on my house very well.

Per the email trail, you received a response within an hour about your father's lockout, not two hours as you stated.
Fees are discuss up front for damages cause by tenants, per their lease agreement.
The bathroom ceiling was handle in a timely manner once the Landlord and Contractor was notified.
Katherine followed the procedures in regards to the porch light; she's not an electrician.
