I must commend KATHLEEN, the associate we had the express pleasure of helping us through our problem. What a God send! Besides being a very professional associate, she stuck with us through the whole process of getting us hooked up to the portal. She explained our questions and was so helpful. I sure hope if we need to contact Access Property Management again we can speak with her! Thank you Kathleen for being #1 in our book! They don’t do the services you pay for. They raise the price every year to unreasonable rates. They don’t do the service requests you put in and still charge you. This company is a total nightmare. I could do all of the services they do for 50$ a month myself. I wish they weren’t involved. Plus they charge you late fees when you have auto pay enabled and they just forgot to charge your card. They can’t get anything right.

Kathleen at Access PM was absolutely great, she spent over an hour sorting out the online issues walking me thru the process of setting and correcting my accounts. I was able to accomplish more than what I called for. Everything on the property management was update with Kathleen's help. Hard to find hardworking and dedicated person like her. I would give her 10 Stars.

This management company is a complete disappointment. They never respond to emails, ignore phone calls, and fail to address any issues. As our HOA management, they claimed they would handle problems, but instead, they remain silent and ineffective. They are unprofessional and a waste of our money.

We had wonderful experience with Sarah Flacks and Laura Rathbun at Hills Highlands Master Association. They are very professional and helpful. We sent in our AVR application at the last minute due to our mistakes , Sarah and Laura went above and beyond to help us to get the approval on time so that there is no delay on our work. A big thank you to Sarah and Laura!

Dealing with this management company has been a nightmare. Emails go unanswered, phone calls disappear into a void, and no issues are ever resolved. Their lack of communication and action is unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. If you ask why are there so many good reviews just go to yelp-they have real one there, not some paid nonsense like here
