ARC was very professional in their management of our last rental apartment. In the two years that my husband and I lived there, they were very responsive and helpful with any issues that arose. Hello... Just wanted to drop a few lines about ARC Property Management. These guys have been looking after my property, and honestly, they've been fantastic. They're on the ball with everything – whether it's fixing a leaky faucet or sorting out the AC, they get things done super fast. What I really like is how they handle the money stuff. They have an App which tracks, Rent collection, and keeps me in the loop with all the financials without making it complicated. I'm not big on numbers, but their reports are easy to follow.
They're always there when you need them. I've had a couple of times when I needed something urgently, and they were just a call away. Quick to respond, quick to fix – that's been my experience.
I have only one property and I know the stress i used to go through every month. If you're looking for someone to take good care of your property, give you peace of mind, and not make everything seem so stressful, ARC's your go-to. They've been great for me!
