When I decided to rent out my property, I partnered with Barsky Property Management to ensure that everything was done correctly and smoothly. Danielle was the property manager I worked with. She was always quick to respond to my questions and needs. If the tenant reported an issue, Danielle notified me quickly, obtained permission to remedy it, and had a fix ready to go within a day or two. I had the option to pay by check for any repairs Danielle coordinated or to have the bill withdrawn from my rental income. The entire experience was very positive and I am glad I used this service for the short time I rented my property.

Let me just start off with saying Mrs Danielle D. is a perfectly wonderful human being!!!! We have been with this company for 5+ years and throughout they have always been attentive and helpful in everything from repairs to simply being a human being. Especially in todays climate finding a landlord that cares is absolutely impossible. If you see this company is apart of your rental management apply and accept quickly. Wonderful company!!!!

I've been working with Daniel and Danielle from Barsky Property Management for a little over half a year, and it's been an absolute pleasure. Over the course of 5 years, my wife and I were managing our Princeton property by ourselves, but as our lives got busier with other priorities, we needed help with managing our property. After weeks of research, we decided to proceed with Barsky Property Management. From our initial meeting with them, we were impressed by their professionalism, experience, and communication. Transitioning management responsibilities to them was also seamless. They use Yardi Breeze and Rent Cafe for their online owner/tenant portals, where owners can log in and view monthly reports and maintenance requests while tenants can make online payments to Rent Cafe. Communication has been excellent, and they've handled lease transitions with ease. I highly recommend Barsky Property Management to anyone seeking a property management company in the Princeton area.

We lived at one of the properties they owned in Morristown for 2 years. The apartment was super cute and the property Manager specifically Danielle was always friendly and was very attentive anytime we needed something fixed. If was a lovely 2 years and I highly recommend renting a property with them.

My apartment changed ownership at the end of last year and Barsky is the new property manager. Honestly? Zero complaints. They've been very responsive and quick to deal with some minor maintenance issues, I can auto-pay my rent, and the property manager for my specific building (Danielle) has been great and super approachable over email. Five stars.
