Honestly can not say enough amazing things about Nicole. I never expected a home purchase to be easy, yet she made it so exciting rather than nerve wracking and stressful. Nicole has one of those personalities that make you feel upbeat, positive, and reassured at all times and that is HUGE during such a big moment in your life. I met Nicole at an open house that she was showing and immediately knew she would be one of my favorite people ever. She guided me through every single step of the process. She gave her honest opinions without ever being overbearing or negative. Anything I was unsure about and all of the legal things that can be confusing sometimes, they were all explained thoroughly. I felt comfortable asking my thousand questions and never felt like I was bothering her. I actually told my brother and his girlfriend to use Nicole as well and they were extremely happy. My job changed recently and I needed to sell a few years after the original purchase and I didn’t even give a second thought to call Nicole again to help me out. My house sold super quick and again, everything went smoothly. So now I can officially say that both the buying and selling processes were absolutely great with Nicole by my side. I felt like other realtors I met prior were all about the money, but she would never rush me into making decisions and always kept MY best interest at heart. Not to mention, she genuinely cares about you and your family. She will reach out from time to time wishing us well for the holidays and check in to see how things are going. All around a wonderful person and a very educated realtor… if you’re looking for a realtor to either sell or buy, I promise you that Nicole Barry is your best bet.

We met Nicole a long time ago when were in the market to purchase a home. She represented the seller, and was very professional, and not at all pushy, and just made us feel at ease. When we decided to sell our home, the rep we used was very unresponsive, and we had to constantly reach out to him for feedback, which we never received. His idea was to just lower the price until it’s sold. We remembered Nicole’s professionalism and decided to give her a chance. She returned my call within minutes, already had information on our home, and scheduled to meet with us. She presented us with 3 market analysis reports, offered a digital staging, and some other recommendations. We immediately decided to use her services right then and there. She immediately scheduled open houses, and after each one, she supplied us with a full report on feedback, where we did not get this at all with the prior salesperson. We also have solar panels on the house, which also adds to additional work and education to potential buyers, which she set up meetings with us, the buyer, and our solar company to answer questions. She put in a lot of effort, and it truly shows. I would not hesitate to use her services again.

Nicole helped us find our home to rent. She was extremely helpful and understanding. She made a point to get to know us and learn what we were actually looking for. She's not pushy at all. She was extremely knowledgeable about this process and ended up being an advocate for us as the renters. She was also very non-judgmental and understanding about finances and other "baggage".
We have been there now for a month, and she has followed up with us more than once. The place that she found us is the perfect fit and I hope we never need another realtor anytime soon 🙂 if we did, we would certainly reach out to Nicole.

I met Nicole by accident trying to obtain information on a listing that seemed like a dead end getting a response. Nicole took charge and did all the leg work for me.
