We came to Birmingham for a medical appointment and found out we needed to stay for a month. We had no advance notice. Spoke with John who worked with us to find a place. He was helpful, efficient, and returned calls quickly. Easy online transactions and we moved in within one day. The rental is comfortable, quiet, and a perfect location at a reasonable price. Couldn't have asked for more.

We have worked with other corporate housing companies in the past. It was much more cumbersome and much less friendly. Save yourself the aggravation and call AHI.

AHI was an incredible blessing to me! I absolutely loved everything about my experience with my furnished apartment. My apartment was clean, safe, and everything I needed. The staff was kind, helpful, available, SO SO GOOD to me for almost a year and a half. I cannot say enough great things about AHI. They were a God send!!

After relocating to a different city for my job, I had a temporary stay in a furnished apartment that AHI managed that my new employer provided until I found a place a little less temporary. I had a lot of concerns about a lot of things related to my temporary home, but everything was top notch, clean as could be, and when I spoke to John from AHI, he was very polite, professional, and most importantly, he got things done immediately with zero hassle!! These people have their stuff together!!!

Amy responds quickly and is so patient with all my questions. She's quick to accommodate anyway she can and will even help when it's not necessarily related to the apartment. Needed a 2 BR place for my family in transition from old house to new for an unknown duration (ended up being ~ 2 months). AHI took great care of me and found us a full furnished apartment that was perfect. Never heard a peep from my neighbors. Great property and AHI is a great company!

We stayed in this beautiful City Federal unit for four months. The apartment is super comfortable and so thoughtfully, fully appointed- it really was a situation of "bring a toothbrush" and you're set. The location is fantastic and is within easy walking distance to so many great Bham venues and restaurants. Generally, the building itself feels quiet, professional and very secure. Best of all, the staff at AHI is highly responsive to any question or need. Chiri always made us feel like we were her only clients... her customer service is top-notch. I hope we get the chance to stay with AHI again.

Military beware: The convenience of property being in school district we needed blinded us to the problems with this company. I believe that the property we rented was owned by one of the employees. This is a true rental property, they only care about it being a cash cow. The premium price is not shown in what you get from the property or the customer service from this management company. They changed their name to Pure but they kept the same uncaring workers. When putting lipstick on a pig you still have a pig. Document document document, they will come up with the most ridiculous charges otherwise. It is worth paying to have the exit inspection. Once you PCS they got you over a barrel. I often felt that the maintenance guy has a problem with blacks, I’m sure that’s a term of use with these folks. It doesn’t take 60 days to return a security deposit, but that’s their standard practice. Again be aware, document, and pay for the exit inspection with this company. Not Military friendly, in my view. They will add more stress to your moving and keep their pigs (their property) in a dresses and lipstick.

My husband and I needed short term housing during a purchase of a house. We live out of state and decided to come to Birmingham to discover the city. We attempted this through two personally referred Birmingham firms, but discovered they behave in the same behavior that became so common during Covid. They were non-responsive and/or nonattentive. My husband next contacted AHI Corporate. We rented a fully furnished unit in one of the different buildings where they maintain residences. Everything was just as they explained it would be living here. We are now enjoying a great neighborhood, consistent good nights of sleep, stress free living, helpful staff at the building complex, comfortable furnishings, and a home away from home. We have to leave shortly, but both look forward to returning, except the next time simply for an extended vacation stay.
