I can’t say enough wonderful accolades regarding this company. One year ago they put on a new roof and this week they did vinyl siding on my home after having significant wind damage due to a recent storm. It is absolutely gorgeous with workmanship of perfection. I’ve never dealt with a company as thorough and on target with their promises. They told me what they were doing every step of the way and have followed through on every detail. As soon as I contacted them (Joel) after the storm, he was here the next day to evaluate the damage and what was needed to repair it. The 4 men who are doing the work couldn’t be any more professional and polite. At the end of each day, they clean up the yard and it looks as so nice and accsenuates the new siding. This is by far the best company to work with if you’re in need of any house repairs. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone I know in need of their service. Thank you so much Efer for the beautiful work. I couldn’t be happier. This job get more than 10 stars. I appreciate all of you. You’ve made this process so easy from the start to finish. Well over a year ago I took it upon myself to file a claim through insurance for wind damage on my home. I had leaks all throughout the house and noticeable damage to my roof. My claim was sadly denied. It was around that time when Michael Avignone of EFER Renovations walked into one of the businesses I operate in Asbury Park. I explained to him my scenario, and he had me convinced that with his help he would be able to overturn my denial. I put the fate of my home in Michael's hands and although the process took a couple months, he did not disappoint. He was able to have my claim reopened and get the entire replacement approved. He is always quick to respond, knowledgeable, and one of the most efficient, persistent people I know.
From there it only got better. In my line of work, I deal with a ton of contractors across all trades. I have never been so impressed as I was with the entire EFER Renovations team. Eli, MIchael, Fabricio, Yessica, and all of the hard working roofers that worked on my home did some of the most beautiful work I have ever seen. They were clean, kind, and incredibly attentive to our needs. Above and beyond what I expected. We love the new look of our home and hope that nobody hesitates when deciding to use them, especially for the part of your home that matters the most.

Eli and crew did a fantastic job on my year off and re-roof and Michael (sales) was extremely professional and attentive. By the way I’m a real stickler for detail because I also do this type of work.
Highest quality products and in and out in no time. Appointment made, job done, and attention to detail fantastic. Job finished on time and clean up was extremely detailed with magnetic rollers and complete blow off of property and beds of all working debris and even left over leaves.
Cleaned my gutters and installed gutter guards too.

I could not be happier with EFER! The quality of work, materials, timing, cleanliness and customer service is simply unmatched. Mike is super knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. He made the whole process extremely easy and painless. Fabricio and the crew do amazing work. They were extremely professional and neat. They got my whole roof done in a timely manner and cleaned up as if they were never even there. I couldn’t say enough great things about these guys and I am so grateful to have found them. EFER Renovations was a pleasure to work with! They put a new roof on our home and did a terrific job - completed it on time and at a very fair price. We could not have been happier with the job done and how clean the crew left our yard when finished. Additionally, I called EFER to come back out almost 2 years later because I thought there was a leak from the roof during one of the big rain storms. They came out right away, checked and confirmed the roof was not the source of the leak, and then found the issue, water had come sideways thru one of the windows due to the high winds. Not only did they identify it, but they also took the time to re-caulk the window to prevent the leak from happening again. Certainly not their job but the sign of a company who values customer service! I highly recommend EFER Renovations to anyone who needs home improvement!
