Highly recommend!! If you want to get top dollar for your home, you have to use Pamela and Bob. Not only are they the nicest couple, they are super knowledgeable in the Hunterdon county area. I truly don’t think we would have been able to buy the house we did without having Pamela & Bob as our agents! We are very lucky to have met them. Simply the best people!

Bob and Pamela did an outstanding job helping me sell my NJ house. They were with me every step of the way. When repairs were needed, they recommended people who could help me. My house needed a new septic system and radon remediation. Pamela and Bob new who I could call. They also counseled me in the closing process. They were available any time – even when they were out of the country. Further, and very importantly, they went above and beyond their responsibilities. I am also selling a house in upstate New York. Pamela interviewed 5 realtors for me a vetted the one she recommended. She and Bob were terrific!! I am so grateful for their help and support!!! We sold our house which we had owned for 14 years just before Thanksgiving with the help of Bob and Pam Beatty. We decided to sell our house after meeting with Bob and Pam, who we initially invited to our home just for advice on selling within 6 months to one year. We decided to invite them because they have basically sold most of the homes on our street as well as our area in Hunterdon County. However, we were so impressed with their advice and knowledge, that we ended up hiring their contractors and stager (Gillian from Stratford Stagers) to make cosmetic changes and prepare our home for listing in only two weeks right up to the formal pictures. The results were breath-taking and outstanding – a truly awesome job directed by Bob and Pam. We found Bob and Pam to be down-to-earth, extremely knowledgeable, and helpful, and they walked us thru every step of the transaction from listing through closing. They could explain to you even the smallest science detail in the well-water testing report. We met with them in their office when we first hired them as our realtor, and we were overwhelmed by how much work they do to prepare homes for sale, the amount of money they spend to list your house and maximize its viewing, as well as the number of contacts they have whether it is local buyers or even people coming from Japan. They have an abundance of knowledge about the real estate market. Our house was first shown to the public at an Open House which took place on a Sunday; on Monday we had 5 offers and by Wednesday we had 6 offers. We again looked to Bob and Pam to help us determine which offer to accept. We ended up netting $55K over asking price in a bidding war. Our experience with Bob and Pam Beatty (a true husband-wife team!) is that they have a depth of experience in the local real estate market that is unparalleled. I would not even consider hiring anyone else, whether you know them or not. If you study the track record of Bob and Pam Beatty, you will discover that they are the #1 realtors in the Weichert office in Clinton. They all but own the Clinton office and it immediately became apparent to us why! We were beyond SATISFIED with our experiences with Bob and Pam Beatty (and their dogs!) as well as their team in the office (Becky and Katie); they all went above and beyond to do their job. If you are looking to buy OR sell a house, you will be making a big mistake if you do not call the Beatty Team. My sister will use them in the next two years to sell her townhome. We gave business cards for Stratford Stagers to our neighbors. We wholeheartedly recommend them; I would rate them as a 10 on a scale of 1 to 5 – 5 being the highest. I honestly think you will be doing yourself a disservice if you do not call them. We recommend them strongly and are more than happy to talk to any buyer/seller who wants to know more about our experience.

Our experience in selling our house with Bob and Pam Beatty, and Ryan Cahill was excellent from start to closing. The Beatty’s years of experience in real estate was obvious in their read of the market and how to manage our sale. They presented many examples of recent sales in our town to recommend an asking price. They were most helpful in recommending quality contractors for work to prepare our house for sale and for correcting issues noted by the inspections. Ryan always answered calls and returned texts promptly. They all were most professional and enjoyable to work with.
