I was skeptical about selling my home to Ryan, but he did exactly what he said he would do. He paid me a fair price and closed when I wanted to without delay. He did not postpone closing or complain about anything in the house. He really did, take the house "as is". Selling your home to Ryan is not a scam, he really bought it and seemed very happy. I lived in that home for many years and leaving it was hard but dealing with Ryan took a little of the stress away.

I’m really glad I worked w Ryan and colleagues to sell my rental property. I owned it for 18 years and got lots of ‘we buy houses for cash’ inquiries, most were low-ball offers but Ryan made a legit offer and the process from there very easy and smooth. I always worried about scams but Ryan put me in touch w his third party title company and it was clear they and he were legit.
I had decided to sell because I was sick of dealing with Hamilton NJ housing and plumbing inspectors. My wife got nervous, insisted we hire a lawyer. Not only was our lawyer a waste of $600, he slowed down the process and made the potentially catastrophic suggestion that we provide the CO before closing. The whole reason I was selling was to avoid getting a CO! I had to get Ryan to send an email confirming they were buying as-is to get my lawyer to back off. Closing was fast and smooth (except for my lawyer’s mistakes and omissions) and their title company couldn’t have made it easier. And now I have thousands of dollars in my pocket and I’m free from that rental property!!!

Ryan was professional and quick to respond. Whole process for two properties to close was completed in about 5 weeks. No issues were experienced during the process. Depending on what type of sale your looking for, his investment company was a good fit for me unloading rental properties I’ve owned for several years to retire out of.
