I had an amazing experience working with Marie!! She is friendly and funny yet professional. When it came to finding my boyfriend and I a place she more than exceeded my expectations. I gave her a tough timeline to find us a place and within days everything was figured out. She was more than helpful when it came to figuring out how to fill out all the paperwork involved and any questions we had she answered quickly. I know that any home I plan on purchasing or selling I will be using this agency. Definitely recommend this agency if you're on the hunt for a home!

I replied to an ad for space to rent for my business and it took days for the agent to call me back. After negotiating the lease and tell the agent I was ok with it, only to get an email a week later the space was taken. Marie Episale is very unprofessional and would not recommend working with her. It is obvious her inability to get a deal done.
